Graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2006, Annika came directly to the Ripley-Huron Veterinary Clinic to start her career and continues to be a cornerstone of the team. Born and raised in the rural Kincardine-Ripley area, Annika has enjoyed being able to come home and work with the large diversity of species and clientele this area has to offer. In her spare time, she likes reading, walking, riding and volunteering with non-profit charities and organizations.
Dr. Mike DeGroot
Dr. DeGroot was born and raised on a pig farm near Zurich, Ontario. He graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2006 and has since worked in mixed animal practices for 5 years. Mike has been with the Ripley-Huron Veterinary Clinic team since 2010. He currently resides in Wingham with his wife, Tracy, and three children. When he isn't working, his hobbies include playing hockey and baseball.
